🔸 Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)

🔸 Practical experience in budgeting and controlling area (min. 3 years)

🔸 Practical experience in the area of financial accounts, analytics or accounting (min. 3 years)

🔸 Basic knowledge of accounting principles

🔸 Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data

🔸 Excellent communication skills

🔸 Ability to present financial data

🔸 Excellent English and Polish skills - C1 is a must
🔸 Ability to work effectively with other team members

Responsibilities

🔸 Monitor and analyze financial, budget data and control costs 

🔸 Implement and evaluate control procedures to prevent errors

🔸 Support in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.

🔸  Implement and evaluate control procedures to prevent errors 

🔸  Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement 

🔸 Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders

🔸 Provide financial analysis and advice on project budgeting and cost control

🔸 Improve billing and control processes and recommend new tools and technologies for use in the Company

🔸 Support teams in calculating project profitability
