Skills we are looking for

🔸 Experience in sales area in IT environment like integrator or software house (Outreach / Inbound / AM)

🔸 Great command of English and Polish enabling easy business and casual talks (C1 level)

🔸 Readiness to travel (especially in Europe)

🔸  Driving licence cat.B

🔸 Technical knowledge enabling to understand software development services is highly desirable

🔸  ServiceNow knowledge or any other PaaS type solution will be a plus

Your scope of duties:

🔸 Active acquisition of new customers and servicing existing ones in the ServiceNow area

🔸 Delivering customer’s sales and quality plans

🔸 Creating offers, contracts and other sales documents based on the customer’s commercial offer

🔸 Advising customers on development solutions, functionalities and tools integration

🔸 Constant cooperation with technical consultants in terms of preparing commercial offers based on their technical and ServiceNow knowledge

🔸 Support in marketing and promotional activities

🔸 Services provision settlement and cooperation with invoicing team

🔸 Close cooperation with other Sales Team members
