Skills we are looking for

🔸 Prior experience in the IT software industry

🔸 Professional experience in the areas of customer success, customer care, sales or account management

🔸  Excellent command of spoken and written Polish and English

🔸  Proven record of cooperation with C-level in Enterprise segments

🔸  Knowledge of service management for Enterprise IT Customers

🔸  Willingness to travel mostly across Europe

🔸  Driving license cat. B

🔸 Experience in ServiceNow or other Enterprise PaaS platforms would be an advantage

🔸 Technical knowledge sufficient to understand software development services is highly desired

Responsibilities

🔸 Developing a trusted relationship with international and local SPOC customers

🔸 Being the internal customer ambassador with deep interest in understanding your counterpart and their situation

🔸 Ensuring customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner, monitoring customer satisfaction

🔸 Working closely with SPOC teams, including sales, marketing, delivery and support

🔸 Upselling services, maintain renewals and identify new business opportunities

🔸 Obtaining of Success stories & references

🔸 Services provision settlement and cooperation with invoicing team
