Skills we are looking for

🔸 At least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams

🔸 Proven track record of achieved sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis

🔸 Experience in selling professional services, preferably in the IT sector (integrator, software house)

🔸 Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (C1 at least)

🔸 Ability to manage staff, to act as a natural leader and motivator – goal setting, performance review, delivering feedback

🔸 Willingness to travel mostly across Europe (at least 20% of time)

🔸 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

🔸 Exceptional organizational skills and results-driven mindset

🔸 Familiarity of CRM tools like ZOHO will be an asset

Responsibilities

🔸 Developing new business and maintaining good relationships with current customers

🔸 Representing SPOC and building increasing awareness of ServiceNow solutions across the Europe

🔸 Planning and deploying sales strategy to increase the sales level in the company

🔸 Planning and performing sales campaigns

🔸 Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate to ensure maximum success

🔸 Generating and qualifying new leads, adjusting the approach and sales process

🔸 Negotiating terms with new customers and closing business deals

🔸 Setting and executing sales targets of the assigned team

🔸 Supporting an individual development of the members of the team, acting as a mentor, career paths planning

🔸 Motivating the team in their daily work, supporting sales activities and helping achieving their goals

🔸 Managing the sales budget

🔸 Close cooperation with the Delivery and Marketing departments
