Skills we are looking for
🔸 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar position in the IT industry.
🔸 Proven track record in prospecting and qualifying leads
🔸 Fluency in CRM systems
🔸 Very good command of spoken and written Polish and English (min. C1)
🔸 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔸 Excellent organization of self-work, helping to work effectively with the team
An advantage would be
🔸 Experience in ServiceNow or other Enterprise SaaS platforms
🔸 Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation
Your scope of duties
🔸 Creating and executing lead generation strategies
🔸 Researching, identifying prospects, and finding relevant points of contact
🔸 Developing new business opportunities with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tool
🔸 Analyzing potential customers, the market and competition to tailor campaigns to customers' needs
🔸 Creating reports and analysis of the effectiveness of lead generation activities (lead-to-customer conversion rate)
🔸 Coordinating activities with the marketing and sales team (marketing campaigns & events)
🔸 Monitoring campaign results and making changes to optimize activities
🔸 Working with CRM daily, CRM system update and development
