We are looking for a person whose main task will be development on the platform, but who will also be comfortable taking on the role of a consultant and proactively providing technical guidance for the client.

What projects are implemented by ServiceNow Developers at SPOC?

🔸 Proven ServiceNow implementation experience: 1 year+

🔸 Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap

🔸 Knowledge of webservice APIs (SOAP, REST)

🔸 Good understanding of platform scripting (business rules, script includes, client scripts etc.)

🔸 Ability to create Service Portal pages using AngularJS (creating widgets from the scratch)

🔸 Good command of English (both written and spoken, B2 level)

🔸 ServiceNow System Administrator certificate

🔸 Knowledge of Domain Separation, Scoped application development would be an advantage

🔸 ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps experience would be an advantage

🔸 CAD, CIS, ITIL certification would be an advantage

🔸 At least a basic understanding of Jelly

Responsibilities

🔸 Act as a developer in projects and support services
🔸 Act as an consultant in projects ans support services (any initiative that can require technical guidance for the customer)
🔸 Ensure project team members follow ServiceNow development best practice
🔸 Be an active contributor to setting new standards across development teams in the company
