What is the responsibility of a Technical Consultant at SPOC?

🔸 Min. 3 years professional experience in business and process analysis, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow platform

🔸 Experience and practice in implementing the IRM product (Integrated Risk Management) / GRC (Governace, Risk and Compliance)
🔸 Ability to monitor changes in applicable regulations
🔸 Ability to conduct analyzes and internal audits
🔸 Knowledge of risk management standards
🔸 Good programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
🔸 Implementation experience based on ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology
🔸 ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
🔸 Outstanding communication skills (both written and spoken) covering all levels of management as well as technical and business roles
🔸 Ability to explain and paraphrase requirements and make technical assesments
🔸 Excellent English and Polish skills – C1 is a must
🔸 Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities at various stages of projects
🔸 Proactivity, focusing on solving problems and finding improvements
🔸 Willingness to learn and constantly discover new areas
🔸 Excellent analytical skills
🔸 Availability to occasional business trips

Responsibilities

🔸 Verification of the correctness of implemented solutions and changes and taking into account their compliance with applicable regulations

🔸 Development and implementations of risk management process (including risk analysis methodology)
🔸 Identification and assessment of risk resulting from changes in regulations
🔸 Development of report models regarding the company’s internal standards in the field of GRC/IRM
🔸 Coordinating the implementation of process and system solutions based on the latest GRC/IRM services and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
🔸 Providing support to client employees on compliance-related issues and organizing training to raise awareness
🔸 Delivering ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects: building and improving the system and processes
🔸 Working closely with customers to identify and translate their business and technical requirements to be implemented by delivery teams
🔸 Preparing and running workshops, trainings, presentations, consultations, analyses and implementation concepts, collecting feedback from customers
🔸 Defining solution architecture, using out-of-the-box components and plugins, as well as custom features, advising customers on best approach
🔸 Designing, configuring, developing and testing own solutions
🔸 Assessing and producing all relevant technical and customer-facing documentation
🔸 Close cooperation with the internal project team
🔸 Delivering technical consulting services to activate, configure, integrate and customize ServiceNow products, using configuration and if required, scripting
🔸 Coaching and mentoring other delivery team members, sharing ServiceNow best practices and knowledge
