SPOC is a committed ServiceNow Elite partner supporting Enterprise customers in the European market. Our specialization includes ITSM/CSM, ITOM, SPM and custom applications. Our goal is to increase work efficiency and the value of process automation and digitization for customers using the ServiceNow platform and adhering to best market practices.

We are looking for an Information Security Management Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for coordinating activities related to maintaining the information security management system and supporting communication with clients in this area. If you have experience in information security management, as well as communication and organizational skills, please apply!

Skills we are looking for

🔸 Higher education (preferred fields: information security, management, IT or related);

🔸 Professional experience in the area of information security management;

🔸 Knowledge of standards and norms related to information security, e.g. ISO/IEC 27001;

🔸 Highly developed communication skills and cooperation with various departments and teams;

🔸 Independence, responsibility and proactive approach to carrying out tasks;

🔸 Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written C1/C2)

Your impact

🔸 Coordinating activities related to maintaining the information security management system implemented at SPOC S.A. (ISO/IEC 27001 certification).

🔸 Supporting internal units (sales, delivery) in communication with customers regarding ISMS-related issues.

🔸 Monitoring and reporting compliance of activities with ISMS policies and procedures.

🔸 Identifying and implementing improvements in the information security management system.

🔸 Cooperation with other departments in the exchange of knowledge and good practices in the area of information security.

🔸 Planning and conducting internal audits.

🔸 Maintaining internal documentation in the area of information security.
