In 2010, we were the first in Poland to embark on the adventure with ServiceNow - a comprehensive cloud platform dedicated to process and IT, as well as business management of organizations, which is now used by nearly 7,000 companies worldwide.🌍

SPOC is a dedicated ServiceNow Elite partner supporting Enterprise customers in the European market. Our specialties include ITSM/CSM, ITOM, SPM and custom applications. Our goal is to increase productivity and value from automation and process digitization for customers using the ServiceNow platform and adhering to market best practices.

Skills we are looking for

🔸 Software house industry experience, including 5+ years of experience leading IT teams, including but not limited to building teams, leading people, and implementing organizational strategy

🔸 University degree, preferred in management, information technology, engineering or related field.

🔸  Experience in leading teams, including Senior Managers (including motivating, evaluating team performance, tailoring mentoring programs, training and development strategies)

🔸 Ability to plan and execute development activities leading to improvement of existing services and introduction of new services

🔸 Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written C1/C2)

🔸 Knowledge of business processes and modern IT technologies, with the ability to communicate technical and business information

🔸 Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills that will contribute to effective cooperation.


Responsibilities

🔸  Lead the delivery of services to be delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
🔸 Responsibility for the revenue plan of the supervised area  
🔸 Effectively manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
🔸 Develop products and services, and promote innovation
🔸 Monitor and optimize projects scope in line with strategic objectives

🔸 Work closely with the Board of Directors and coordinate the work of the subordinate team

🔸 Analyzing project performance and providing status reports and financial results

🔸 Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize them

🔸 Prepare and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the IT market

🔸 Adapting execution strategies to meet changing market and customer needs.
